Once you’ve finalized your custom design, submit your order details and purchase the Welcome Kit—a specially designed package that includes everything needed for the next steps. The cost of this kit is already included in the total price, so there are no extra fees.
Hair Collection & Initial Payment
Using the Welcome Kit, carefully collect a small amount of hair from your loved one or pet. Then, send it to our office along with the initial 50% payment to begin the transformation process. Rest assured, the shipping fee is already covered in the total price, making this step seamless and hassle-free.
Diamond Creation & Certification
With the received hair, our expert gemologists will begin the intricate process of transforming carbon into a breathtaking diamond. This stage involves precision, patience, and advanced technology to ensure the highest quality. Once complete, the diamond undergoes a certification process to verify its authenticity and quality.
