How Do We Create Pets Life Diamond?

Carbon Extraction

The transformation of hair into life diamonds begins with a precise chemical analysis to assess the carbon content. This analysis determines the optimal purification process. Specialized solvents remove impurities, and the material is dried in a vacuum furnace to achieve maximum purity.
The refinement process varies based on the desired diamond color. Trace elements like nitrogen or boron create yellow or blue hues, respectively. When purified to an exceptional 99.99% carbon content, the result is a colorless memorial diamond, embodying absolute purity.
Since the carbon composition in each one’s hair is unique, every life diamond is one of a kind.

Crystalized Diamond Formation

Natural diamonds form deep underground when carbon is exposed to intense pressure and extreme heat. To replicate this process, a High Pressure, High Temperature (HPHT) press is used to transform carbon from hair into a stunning cremation diamond.
The creation begins with a tiny diamond seed placed at the base of the press’s inner core cube. The press is then heated to over 2000°F, melting a catalyst metal. This molten metal dissolves the high-purity carbon and transports it to the diamond seed, where it crystallizes. As the carbon layers bond, a life diamond is born, growing like a radiant star.

Diamond Cutting & Polishing

When a life diamond is first created, it is raw and uncut, lacking its full brilliance. To unveil its true beauty, skilled artisans carefully polish and shape it.
The process begins with “crosswork,” where the primary facets are placed to maximize weight, clarity, and ideal angles for the chosen diamond shape. Next, the main facets are smoothed in a polishing stage. Finally, the diamond receives its finishing touches as additional facets—such as the stars, upper, and lower girdle facets—are precisely cut and polished.
While this craftsmanship has remained largely unchanged for centuries, our artisans utilize advanced tools to ensure unmatched precision and perfection.
